Have any of you seen a minecraft block with a question mark in youtube videos about minecraft? They are called lucky blocks, which come from a mod with the same namesake. In order to make a lucky block, you need eight gold ingots, and one dropper. The main purpose of these blocks is to drop a random item every time you break one. Which gives you something you might have wanted, and a good use for the least durable material in Minecraft. However, aside from giving you items lucky or not, lucky blocks can even summon mobs, make a hole in the ground, and generate structures such as a pyramid which contains 4 or 5 lucky blocks inside. Besides the basic lucky block as can you see below, there are other variations of lucky blocks, which also call for different crafting recipes, and also have different drops, they can even drop items that do not exist in other mods, making those lucky block variations very useful!

Other variations of lucky blocks can include green, red, and even cobblestone lucky blocks.
